I'd like to improve my body composition.

In the course of a summer, i saw my cousins body composition improve majorly.

I am unsure of where I am as of right now.

id like to improve my muscular strength, and body composition by the first day of August

I plan on walking a mile everyday, and running at least once a week. I also plan on working out with my dad on his off days.

The benefits of  increasing my muscular strength are looking and feeling better, and being able to lift heavier things by myself.

the obstacles of becoming fit and improving my muscular strength are staying on my plan and not getting side tracked by things that are more fun than exercising
