April 5, 2011

On April 5th, I lifted 60  lbs. in 3 sets of 5, did 10 lunges with 15 lbs. in each hand, and squated with 35 pounds in 3 sets of 10. i warmed up by jumping rope in 2 sets of 100, stepping up for 2:00 and I did 25 arm circles forward and backward. I cooled down by doing the kung-fu stretch, the butterfly stretch and the sit and reach.

on April 6th,i warmed up by jumping rope in 2 sets of 50, 2 sets of 50 step ups, and 25 arm circles forward and backwards. My

On April 7th, i repeated the same workout that i completed on the 6th.

April 8, 2011

i was absent on the 8th

April 11

On april i warmed up by jumping rope in 2 sets of 50. I continued my work out by doing lunges with 15 lbs. in each hand follow by 10 pull ups in 2 sets and cooled down by  stretching my arms and legs.

April 12

I warmed by jumping rope and doing step ups continously for about 2:00. I continued my workout by doing 2 sets of lunges with 20lbs in each hand, doing as many pull ups as i could at the time. I cooled down by doing the kung fu strecth and stretching my chest.

April 13

i warmed up by stepping up and jumping rope. i followed my warm-up by curling 20lbs in each hand 10 times a piece, and doing leg extensions with 60lbs in 2 sets.

April 14

If I would have been here I would have I would have done as many pull ups as I could and done curls with 20lbs in each hand

April 15

If I would've been here i would have started doing push ups and sit ups

April 18

i started off by doing  pullups and finished my work out by doin situps on the decline situp machine

April 17

I changed my workout by starting on my sit ups first and then doin 25 push ups in 2 sets.
